Waking Up at Will

I do not recall the whole experience, just remember there was a lot of flying and falling in that OBE. Perhaps I wanted to overcome whats left of my fear of highs.

I would lift myself up to the clouds and then skydive or, the last one, I remember, I was standing on the edge of the balcony on the 3rd floor and then dive down into the lawn below. As I was about to hit the ground I wanted to stop right before it, but it did not work as I expected and I landed with a feeling as if I fell into a giant puffy pillow.

Later I experimented how fast could I return to my physical body or wake up. So I just thought about it very intensely and woke up. But when I woke up one more time I realized the first time was waking up into another dream, and the second - was returning to physical reality.

Kundalini Awakening

I remember I had this experience a few nights ago. I was sleeping in my bed at night, and had that sensation as if somebody connected my spine to an electrical outlet. Initially this feeling was weak, at the base of the spine, it made me conscious, but I still was asleep. The sensation of electrical tension traversed along my spine making me "unfold". I mean, I was lying in a fetus position, but as I got that immense current running up my spine I was forced to straighten up my spine, even bend it opposite direction, by expanding my chest and leaning my head backwards.

This current was tensing my whole spine, and the sensation was stopping at my throat, it seams there was a blockage at my 5th chakra, so the current could not pass. I almost panicked at that time and was afraid the current will pop the blockage like a cork and continue to my brain. This caused me to wake up and the experience ceased.

I recall having very similar experiences before, but the current was able to travel up my spine up to the level of my navel, which is the 3rd chakra. It was trying to overcome the obstacle by bouncing up and down several times. That was a pleasant, but at the same time scary sensation.

Only later I understood that was the mystic Kundalini or, in other words, latent nervous energy traveling up my spine, I was glad I could remember this experience.

Dive into Ether

I enjoy the variety of experience when projecting astrally. Tonight's one was short, but memorable. I was using Chi generator and energy transfer couple when sleeping so this gave me some extra boost. I probably had too much of this boost because I was waking up every 30 min and I found myself holding the air involuntarily - this was also affecting my sleep.

As I recall I became conscious in my dream, and as soon as that happened I felt like I dove into a pitch black ether. The dive was very soft; my sensory perception was shut off for a few moments. I could not see, feel or hear anything. Some moments after I could distinguish a repeating pattern of while plastic like, round shaped ornaments. They were covering the ether sea and forming big calm waves.

Some kind of repeating pattern view emerges every time before plunging into the astral plane, so I knew I could develop this experience into a successful OBE, but I held air involuntary in my physical lungs and I was forced to discontinue, this returned me into my body.
